not every one wants to be an entrepreneur and run their own business . being an entrepreneur requires specific characteristics and skills that are often achieved trough education hard work and planning.
Risk Taker: minimize risk through research planning and skill development ,
Perceptive: view problems as opportunities and challenges.
Curious: like to know how things work. they take the time and initiative to pursuer the unknown. Imaginative: em to create new products and generate ideas.
Persistent: make mistakes, receive criticism and deal with money, family or stress problems.
Goal Setting: starting a new business . once achieved they seek out new goals or ventures to try. Hardworking:
Self Confident: takes care of any doubts they may have.
Flexible: must be flexible to order to adapt to chaining trends markets technologies rules and economic environments.

Researcher skills : need to identify what they need to know and use research techniques to obtain it. Gathering information :

Using information : it needs to be sorted into relevant data that answers inital questions

Directing: learn how to motivate their staff by encouraging initiative and self direction
Controlling: need to develop budgets and keep accurate booking-keeping and accounting records

Marketability: need to ask themselves the following questions about their product service or charity

what is your competition?
are you competitively priced ?
is this a short term venture? how long will it last?
Profitability: to expect a profit and entrepreneur must ensure that revenue exceeds all cost.
